Course Description: In this fast paced, information packed course, Lance covers the topics of emotional intelligence, personal growth, the kingdom of God, the importance of focus and self talk, and aligning with God in the fulfillment of one’s assignment. He also sheds light on how to discover personal constraints that have the potential for stunting an individual’s growth, the 7 ―mountains (spheres) of society that shape cultures, various stages of prophetic assignment fulfillment, personal identity, and keys on how to more powerfully influence one’s given sphere of influence.
